Shipping & pickup

Insured shipping, delivery timing and local DFW pickup.

Shipping & Pickup

Methods. All orders ship fully insured by USPS, UPS or FedEx. An adult signature is required on delivery.

Free shipping. Orders of $500 or more (before tax) ship free within the United States. Orders under $500 pay the shipping cost shown at checkout or on your quote.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Timing. In-stock loose lab-grown diamonds ship within 3 business days of payment. Custom rings and other custom pieces take longer. They ship after production is complete and the balance is paid, on the estimated timeline given in your quote and custom-order agreement. If we can’t ship by the date we told you, we’ll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund of anything not yet earned under these policies.

Local pickup (Dallas-Fort Worth). Free pickup is available by appointment in the DFW area. We’ll confirm the time and place when you book. Please bring a photo ID matching the order.

Lost or damaged in transit. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We’ll file the insurance claim and replace or refund the item.
