Agreement

These terms govern your use of olddadtx.com and your purchases from Old Dad TX LLC, Roanoke, Texas. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and design ideas

• Lab-grown diamonds. We sell lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds and are graded by independent laboratories such as IGI. We share a stone’s IGI grading report before purchase so you can review and verify it at igi.org/verify-your-report.
• Design ideas. Ring photos on this site are design ideas by our partner 4EVERU. They are concepts and starting points for a custom order, not stock items. Finished pieces are made to order and may differ from the images.
• Availability and pricing. Stones and pieces are subject to availability. Prices are confirmed in a written quote or invoice; prices and descriptions on this site may change without notice.

Custom orders

Custom orders begin with a quote and design discussion. You approve the final design before anything goes into production. A 50% deposit is due after you approve the design, and production starts once we receive it. The deposit is refundable until production begins (production begins after you approve the design) and is non-refundable after that. The balance is due when the piece is completed. Finished custom pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and unaltered, and the deposit is kept; engraved and resized pieces can’t be returned. See our Returns & Refunds policy. Timing depends on the design, the stone and the season, but we aim to have most pieces completed within a few weeks. Timelines are estimates.

Payment

Payments are made through the options on our payment page or as otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are not final until payment (or the required deposit) is received and confirmed by us. We accept the payment methods shown on our payment page. Texas sales tax is added where required.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, logos, and images, including designs and photos from 4EVERU, belong to Old Dad TX LLC, 4EVERU, or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes or to submit false payment information.

Disclaimers

Jewelry is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty; see https://olddadtx.com/returns.html#warranty.

The site is provided “as is.” Gemstone and jewelry descriptions are provided in good faith; stone grades are those stated on the IGI report. Any implied warranties are limited to the one-year term of our limited warranty. Some states don’t allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under our warranty or under Texas consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to the site once posted and do not alter orders already confirmed.
